Drop AUTHORS.md and the copyright notice's pointer to it

The notice in LICENSE.txt read "The applyaf developers (see AUTHORS.md
file)", and AUTHORS.md is not in the wheel. license-files carries
LICENSE.txt into dist-info/licenses/ and nothing carries the other, so
every installed copy has been referring people to a file that is not
there.

A license file is the one thing that has to stand on its own. It gets
copied into vendored trees, distro packages, and license audits without
the repository around it, and MIT asks for the notice to travel with every
copy, which a notice that outsources the holder to an absent file does not
really do. Dropping the parenthetical leaves it naming the same holder the
source file headers have always named.

That leaves nothing referring to AUTHORS.md, which listed one person under
two headings and is the kind of file that only earns its place once there
is more than one name to put in it. Removed.

The authors table in pyproject.toml stays. It is not a copyright record:
it populates Author-email in the distribution metadata and renders as the
contact on the PyPI page.
