feat(oidc): contract 1.38 — the four public "Sign in with X" operations (#81)

* chore(contract): re-vendor CONTRACT.md 1.38, openapi.json and management-registry.json

Byte-for-byte copies from ilpanich/axiam@1c457f6 (PR #398, "working Sign in
with X login providers, end to end"). No local edits: the cross-repo
`SDK Artifact Drift` gate compares by git blob hash, so an "equivalent" copy
is a failure.

proto/axiam/v1/ and opaque-test-vectors.json did not change upstream and are
re-verified as already identical rather than re-copied.

* feat(oidc): the four public "Sign in with X" operations (CONTRACT §12.1, 1.38)

`SsoProvidersAsync`, `SsoStartOauth2Async`, `SsoCompleteOauth2Async` and
`SsoCompleteHandoffAsync`, under the exact §12.2 C# names, on the same
`AxiamClient` as the nine §12 operations that came before.

All four take the `Async` suffix. §12.2 makes `OidcBegin` the single
deliberate exception in the section because it performs no network I/O; every
one of these does, so the exception does not extend to them -- and a test
asserts the unsuffixed names do not exist, so a future rename cannot quietly
drop it.

New public types `FederationProvider` and `FederationProviderList`, named by
the §12.1 SDK-type table, plus `FederationProtocols` (the three `protocol`
discriminants) and `FederationHandoff` (the query parameter and TTL a caller
driving the browser hop needs). The two start operations reuse
`SsoStartResult` and the two completions reuse `SsoCompleteResult`, because
OAuth2StartRequest/OidcStartRequest and OAuth2StartResponse/OidcStartResponse
differ in name only.
