feat: Add Cloud Service and Kyma surveys to Feedback popover (#5267)

* feat: Add Cloud Service and Kyma surveys to Feedback popover

Add two new feature flags (CLOUD_SERVICE_SURVEY, KYMA_SURVEY) and display
corresponding survey cards in the Feedback popover with sign-up links.
Adjust badge count logic to reflect active surveys. Enable both surveys
in Kyma environment configs; KYMA_SURVEY enabled by default.

* fix: Use shared translation keys for button accessibleName in FeedbackPopover

* refactor: Extract feedback/survey cards into separate components

* fix: Show CloudServiceSurveyCard when feature is enabled and link is present

* fix: Track new indicator state independently per survey

* fix: Persist per-survey new indicator state to localStorage

* test: Update feedback integration test for cloud service survey

Update test-feedback.spec.js to reflect new survey-based feedback popover
behavior and add cloud service survey test coverage. Enable CLOUD_SERVICE_SURVEY
in defaultConfig.yaml.

* test: Use KYMA_SURVEY config in feedback integration test

Replace CLOUD_SERVICE_SURVEY with KYMA_SURVEY in the feedback popover test
and revert CLOUD_SERVICE_SURVEY to disabled in defaultConfig.yaml.

* test: Remove badge assertion from companion test

KYMA_SURVEY is always enabled so the badge is always present from
the survey new indicator; remove the badge check from the companion test.

* fix: Center button text and stretch content width in feedback cards
