- content language is declared, never inferred: one tag per target drives
  `<html lang>` and the toolbar label set, unregistered codes display in BCP 47
  shape, and a typst export that disagrees is reported on stderr
- the sidebar highlight follows the reader into subsections, and wide screens
  hand their spare width to code blocks, figures and exported SVGs while the
  prose measure stays pinned
- `compiler` and `project` split into single-concern submodules, startup options
  are captured once, and `dispatch` returns an exit code; no command, flag,
  output name or exit code changed
- `docs/` prescribes seven chapters, promoting `scaffold` and `page`
- `tests/contract.rs` scans the page `id`/`class` surface in both directions; the
  retired index-page stylesheet weight and two dead class hooks are gone
- integration tests ship in the published crate, and the `docs/target/` sweep is
  narrowed to what this build can actually leave behind
- bilingual changelog and release specification PDFs for 0.1.11
