feat(backends): add SigNoz backend adaptor (#3839)

* feat(backends): add SigNoz backend adaptor

Ingest-only OTLP/HTTP backend sending to <endpoint>/v1/logs with the
signoz-ingestion-key header. The key is optional, so self-managed
deployments without auth work.

Forces flatten_to_attributes: SigNoz's logs exporter reads only the
record body and attributes and ignores event_name, so the formatter
default would drop the message and leave nothing searchable.

* style(signoz): satisfy formatter and credo

Fix `</div>` indentation in the SigNoz branch of backend_form.heex and
drop trailing whitespace after SigNozConfigSchema in
open_api_schemas.ex, which failed `mix test.format` and tripped
Credo.Check.Readability.TrailingWhiteSpace in `mix lint.all`.
