* fix: e2e tests check on fork PRs

Work around the AWS credentials bug causing failures on fork PRs.

Ref: aws-actions/configure-aws-credentials#564
Fixes #205

* fix: only skip aws e2e steps for forked PRs, not push events

github.event.pull_request.head.repo.fork is undefined on push events,
so the previous condition unintentionally skipped AWS credential setup
and remote e2e on trusted pushes to main/beta/next too.
