Catch exceptions from enabling automerge so they don't halt processing

The GitHub provider's GraphQL call to enable auto-merge, and its call
site in Helpers::handleAutoMerge, previously let a thrown exception
propagate and stop the rest of the run. Both now catch and log
instead, matching the failure handling already used elsewhere in the
providers.
