refactor(tests): anchor the last two path counters in the test trees

US-6.4 concentrated __dirname onto one anchor per package, but two counting
uses were missed, so those packages' ESM flip would not have been the
one-liner the story promised.

convert-nodeset-to-javascript's fixture helper walked "../test_fixtures" from
a file already inside test_fixtures, which happened to work. It now asks the
package's paths.ts, which gains a testFixture() accessor for that folder.

end2end spawned a helper from "../dist/test_helpers/crashing_client". That is a
different place from serverScript's test_helpers/bin, and it only exists after
a build, so it gets its own compiledHelper() rather than being folded in.

Every remaining __dirname in a test tree is now an anchor.
