MTV-6604 | Add nfc support (#4263)

* Add nbdkit-nfc support to the importer

Select the nfc plugin when it is present in the importer image, and skip
the extra init sidecar when that image is already the importer itself.

* Load nbdkit-nfc from the vddkInitImage sidecar

Prefer /opt/nbdkit-nfc-plugin.so copied in by the init image, then the
plugin baked into the importer.
