chore: bump strongo/buildinfo to v0.2.0, wire fangcmd (#140)

v0.2.0 splits cobracmd's fang-linked Wire() into a fang-free cobracmd
package and a new fangcmd package that keeps the old signature. This
repo genuinely calls fang.Execute() for its TUI/help rendering, so it
switches its Wire call from the now-removed cobracmd.Wire to
fangcmd.Wire — fang stays linked here, as it should for a real fang
consumer. No other dependency moved.
