tests/pyproject: drop the ignore for a rule this Ruff does not have

It was added because CI resolved a newer Ruff than the lock file pins,
and 0.16.5 reintroduced pytest-fixture-autouse in a category of its own
after 0.16.4 removed it from RUF. CI now reads the version out of
uv.lock, so the rule does not exist where the linter runs, and ignoring
it only produced a warning that ignoring RUF076 has no effect.

The autouse fixture it covered stays as it is.
