fix(deps): pin toolchain go1.26.6 to fix 21 Go stdlib vulnerabilities (#588)

govulncheck reported 21 stdlib vulnerabilities in code paths (GO-2026-6218,
6090, 6088, 5972, 5856, 5039, 5038, 5037, 5026, 4971, 4947, 4946, 4918,
4870, 4869, 4866, 4865, 6091, 6089, 5942, 5039). The Go 1.26.6 patch
release backports fixes for all of them.

After this change, 0 vulnerabilities remain in code paths.
