fix(testing): honour post__in in InMemoryMemberRepository::findAll() (#65)

It ignored $args entirely and returned every member. A consumer narrowing
by post__in -- how you hydrate a set of ids in one query rather than one
at a time -- saw its filter appear to work while the double quietly
handed back everybody, so the bug only showed in production. That is the
one thing a shared double must not arrange.

Reach's committee messaging is the consumer that found it: two of its
tests pass against a filtering double and fail against this one, which
is exactly the asymmetry worth removing.

Order follows the ids given rather than insertion order, since a caller
passing an ordered set is entitled to expect it back that way. Everything
else in $args is still ignored -- this is a double, not a query engine,
and nothing is asking for the rest.

Belongs to the committee doubles in #64 and was written alongside them;
it missed that PR because it was made after the branch was pushed.
