vst3: update to SDK 3.8.1

Rebase our patches onto current upstream in new ossia-2026-08 branches:

- public.sdk: MinGW/non-MSVC fixes (alignedalloc now also fixes
  aligned_free, which the previous patch missed) and the
  aarch64-linux/armv8l-linux plug-in lookup, which 3.8.x also needs in
  the new Module::validateBundleStructure.
- pluginterfaces: FreeBSD support.
- cmake: optional stdc++fs, -Wno-non-virtual-dtor.
- base: no patches, plain 3.8.1.

Dropped as obsolete: the <exception> include in threadchecker_win32.cpp
and the pluginterfaces atomic include, both fixed upstream since, plus
the openurl.cpp header casing and the forced CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD.

SDK 3.8.0 removed CMakeLists.txt from the split repositories: the
targets are now created by functions in vst3_cmake's SMTG_VST3_SDK.cmake,
so the aggregating CMakeLists calls those instead of add_subdirectory.
While at it, drop the samples / VSTGUI / CoreAudio / AAX scaffolding and
the iOS-only interappaudio subdirectory: we only ever link sdk_common
and sdk_hosting.
