links, the pre-commit.ci status badge in place of the plain pre-commit
badge, a refreshed CITATION.cff release date, the new
.claude/rules/comments.md rule, session-recover paths added to the
ignore files, and dictionary.txt regenerated under LC_ALL=C ordering
with file-contents-sorter now enforcing it.

Repair two regressions the regen introduced. The qtbase constraint was
rewritten from 6.11.1#1 down to 6.8.3 because .wiswa.jsonnet pinned it
by hand; it now calls utils.latestVcpkgPortVersion('qtbase') so the
constraint tracks the vcpkg version database instead of drifting. The
'*.ttf binary' .gitattributes entry, which the bundled unscii font
depends on, is restored through a gitattributes+ override so a regen
keeps it.

Drop softprops/action-gh-release from the Flatpak workflow in favour of
the inline gh release create/upload pair the Snap workflow already
uses, guarded by an explicit test that the bundle exists so the
fail_on_unmatched_files behaviour is preserved. This also removes the
cause of the superfluous-actions finding, so the zizmor suppression the
regen dropped is genuinely no longer needed rather than lost.

Harden the release gate. Build, Flatpak, and Snap are now required
rather than optional, so a missing run holds the release instead of
being waved through, and a new step refuses to undraft a release unless
the expected AppImage, dmg, exe, flatpak, snap, and zip assets are all
attached. Previously only a workflow conclusion was checked, so a
release could publish with assets missing from any producer.
