build: stop shipping the whole tree to the Docker daemon (#13)

There was no .dockerignore, and the Dockerfile ends with `COPY .`, so every
image build sent the entire working tree as context: 196 MB, of which the build
needs about 83.

Most of that is .git, at 108 MB, which a build taking its version, branch and
revision as build arguments has no use for. The rest is test files and their
fixtures, CI configuration, docs and editor noise -- none of it reachable by
`go build`, which is the only thing the build stage runs.

vendor/ is deliberately not excluded. The build is `-mod vendor` and fails
without it, which is worth a comment in the file rather than a rediscovery.

Verified by building the image with it in place and running the result: it
compiles, and `shigola version` reports the same build tags as before.
