* Replace RFC copy-paste with Pythonic docstrings for LazyCalendar and subcomponent strategies

Replaced copy-pasted RFC text with Pythonic descriptions for:
- LazyCalendar class and its methods (add_component, is_lazy, subcomponents, with_uid)
- LazySubcomponentsStrategy (as_parsed, add_component, get_all_components, set_components, walk, with_uid)
- ParsedSubcomponentsStrategy (add_component, get_all_components, is_lazy, set_components, walk, with_uid)
- InitialSubcomponentsStrategy.set_components
