* First release candidate for CodeIgniter SSE. This version establishes the public package API, broker contracts, browser client, Redis transport, Mercure transport, security model, operational tooling, and documentation set intended for the initial stable `1.0.0` release. (#9)

* refact: replace single channel authorizer with registered channel definitions

* refact(broker): update channel resolution and documentation

* Add unit test for public channel authorization and update default configurations
