chore(deps): Bump sharp, ip-address and @hono/node-server (#974)

Dependabot opened these as #966, #967 and #968, all of which failed 35 of
43 checks -- not on their merits, but because they were branched before
#963 rewrote the root lockfile. CI tests each PR merged with main, so
their lockfile edit merged into the rewritten one and left `npm ci`
reporting package.json and package-lock.json out of sync. Requesting a
rebase produced no updater run at all, so the bumps are reapplied here on
current main instead.

All three are transitive, so this touches only package-lock.json:

  sharp              0.35.3 -> 0.35.4
  ip-address         10.4.0 -> 10.7.0
  @hono/node-server  1.19.14 -> 2.1.1

The Hono bump crosses a major, but nothing here depends on it directly:
@modelcontextprotocol/sdk asks for `^1.19.9 || ^2.0.5`, so it supports
both lines and 2.1.1 is already inside the declared range.
