chore: unwind in-progress signals work swept into 02f87fea by mistake

The live() retry commit accidentally included unrelated, uncommitted
quiescence work from a concurrent session (packages/signals core,
solid server signals, treeshake test). This restores those files to
their prior committed state; the in-progress work returns to the
working tree, uncommitted, where it was.
