RemoteControl: Add OpenAPI (SwaggerUI) (#5086)

This adds a simple interactive explorative OpenAPI documentation/execution UI to the RemoteControl web interface.

Call at http://localhost:8090/docs/index.html

The addition to RemoteControl is all within one directory and could be removed without problems (apart from loss of this functionality). 
Based on and includes files from swagger-ui-5.32.14.
