ci: build the compiler binding in Release and Size too

vite-plugin next.35 loads @solidjs/compiler (next.33 used the old
@dom-expressions/compiler with registry binaries), so the examples'
builds now need the local binding in every workflow that runs the root
build — Release (via release.mjs) and Size both failed without it.
