Bump flatbuffer to ~> 0.5, so the schema parser is built from its grammars

The 0.3.1 tarball shipped the generated leex/yecc output alongside the
.xrl/.yrl it was generated from, so the parser we compiled was whatever
the maintainer's local OTP emitted at publish time. Worse, leex and yecc
only regenerate when the .erl is stale relative to the grammar, so a
working tree with a newer .erl would publish the old parser next to the
new grammar with nothing to catch it.

0.5.0 declares an explicit files: list and ships the grammars only; they
are regenerated during our build.

Closes bedrock-fu8.
