Commit Message

Add magic methods for iterating and key based access.

Add `__iter__` and `__getitem__` methods.
This will add neat feature, so it would be possible to execute `list` or `get`
methods of specific manager by just calling it, e.g.:

client = Yagocd(..)
for pipeline in client.pipelines  # no need to call `list` here.
   ...
