Document the request body with the unserialization target type

The request body schema was built from ApiDescribe::entity, the very same type as the
documented response. It is now built from MetadataUnserialize::getType(), the type of
the controller parameter the #[Unserialize] attribute points at, so the documentation
matches what the RestBundle actually unserializes.

Falls back on the described entity when the RestBundle resolves no type.

Requires gollumsf/rest-bundle ^4.0.
