chore: add revmux project profile

Without it every revmux round here runs on generic calibration, which is
drawn from a production service and is the wrong bar for a personal terminal
tool. The profile states what revdiff is, what a real failure looks like and
in what order, what the blast radius actually is, and where the reporting bar
sits.

It also lists the conventions that look like defects and are not (the specific
ANSI resets, value-copied Model with pointer-backed caches, chroma's British
spelling, private-by-default), so rounds stop re-reporting decisions already
made in CLAUDE.md and .claude/rules/gotchas.md.

Only .revmux/tasks/ is gitignored, so the profile is tracked and shared.
