Use Zend integer width for escape flag parsing

Zend writes a zend_long for the l parameter format. Matching that width prevents stack corruption on Win64 while preserving the existing boolean coercion. Keep the LLP64 regression in a 64-bit-only test so 32-bit PHP remains supported.
