Release 3.0.2: five bugfixes, and the tutorial notebooks move in

The documentation is written as marimo notebooks now, and they live here: 60
notebooks under docs/tutorial with the models and scenarios they run on, so the
pages can be opened and edited locally with `marimo edit`. Install what they
need with `pip install -r docs/tutorial/requirements.txt`. The rendered site is
built and published elsewhere; only the sources are in this repository.

Library changes are in the changelog: `format=` on the lookup plots, and fixes
for `plot_scenarios()` on an empty run, the fan-out under Emscripten, the figure
left in matplotlib's registry, `Model.reset()` and the agent id counter,
`list_equations()` printing converters twice, and three silent failures that are
reported now - an unknown scenario constant, a scenario name registered twice,
and a `series_names` key matching no column.

`examples/` loses the two marimo demos and the stateless server example, whose
content is on the website. `scripts/build.md` described a build that no longer
exists.
