fix(settings): tidy the Appearance cursor and font controls (#489)

Pair Font name with Font size and Cursor shape with Cursor blink two per row, matching the Interface tab, and drop the cursor hint. The hint said a picked shape beats ghostty.conf, which does not hold for a cursor-style reached through a config-file include, since includes expand after the settings conf loads.

Name the nil rows Default, as the Font picker already did.

Pin the CursorStyle raw values and the emitted lines as literals so a typo cannot pass, and drop the label-based UI assertion for the block_hollow omission now the core test owns the supported set.

Record both cursor fields in .claude/rules/settings.md with the per-key merge rule: scalar keys take the last write, font-family accumulates.
