* fix: ignore vendor fingerprints on content pages

CHEQ preconnect, a CSS .captcha-form + reCAPTCHA widget, and
hCaptcha next to "Please verify your email" are 200 content
pages, not challenges.

* fix: require a real id attribute for captcha-form

\bid= also matches data-id="captcha-form" because - is a
non-word character.
