ci: trigger post-merge publish and deploy on push to main (#434)

- Move npm-publish.yml and cloudflare-deploy.yml from pull_request[closed]
  to push on main: fork PRs never receive secrets, even on the merged
  close event, so publishes/deploys silently failed for external
  contributions (first hit: humanspeak/svelte-motion#466). PR context
  (labels, title, URL) is now recovered via API lookup in check-if-merged.
- Action version bumps: none needed — all actions already at target
  versions (checkout@v7, setup-node@v7, cache@v6, upload-artifact@v7,
  github-script@v9, codeql@v4, stale@v11, import-gpg@v7).
- Harden trunk analytics uploads: continue-on-error on the Vitest and
  Playwright upload steps (telemetry must never block a release), move
  uploader to @main to match the org standard, and document the junit
  output paths in vite.config.ts and playwright.config.ts.
