fix(compiler): normalize patchDriver: true to the default import name in the loader

The napi wrapper() mapping collapses boolean true into Wrapper::Default —
right for effectWrapper/memoWrapper where Default means the default name,
but patch_driver special-cases Default as disabled (dormancy), so a
boolean opt-in silently compiled classic. The already-published rc.3
binary handles the string form correctly; normalizing in the loader makes
the boolean form work without a native rebuild.
