Review fixes

* call the connection handler under its mutex so that removing the handler
  waits for a running callback and the initial state can't be reordered
  with a transition
* use the CanPort member instead of lambda copies
* override on the rest of TCanPort, include order in the test
* tests start the gateway with a long poll interval unless polling is the
  subject, so a poll tick can't mark the device unreachable behind the test
