Proxy fw-update RPCs to wb-mqtt-serial (#85)

Firmware update logic has been moved to wb-mqtt-serial (C++).
wb-device-manager now proxies all 4 fw-update RPC methods
(GetFirmwareInfo, Update, ClearError, Restore) to wb-mqtt-serial
and logs a deprecation warning on each call.

Removed Python firmware update implementation:
firmware_update.py, fw_downloader.py, version_comparison.py,
releases.py, ttl_lru_cache.py, and their tests.

Cleaned up unused dependencies: httplib2, packaging, yaml,
parameterized, wb-release-info.
