docs(shell): drop the last platform gate — printf 0.1.1 appends correctly (#577)

bobzhang/printf@0.1.1, rebuilt against the stdio shared-file-position
fix released in v0.21.1, now honors append mode (verified:
`moonx bobzhang/printf@0.1.1 'two\n' >> f` appends instead of
clobbering). The file-redirect example — the one remaining
`#cfg`-gated block, held back only by that bug — switches to the
portable tools and runs on every platform and target.

The shell package's documentation and tests now carry zero platform
gating: 76 tests on native and 76 on wasm, identical suites. Fittingly,
the example that closes the story demonstrates `AppendToFile` working
through a tool that embeds the very fix this package's tests originally
uncovered.
