perf: Rewrote sclar-math impl of Mat3A::mul_vec3a to stop LLVM being stupid. (#803)

There were some perf regressions from adding padding to Vec3A due to the
LLVM optimizer doing unoptimal things, this work around mitigates the
largest regression.

4 of 4 new or added lines in 1 file covered. (100.0%)
