* feat: add featured_item to events

* removed featured_item from editEventAttributes

* fix: add missing Model import in migration and update docs/tests for featured_item

- Fix migration ReferenceError: add missing `import Model` in
  1787561614667_add-featured-item-to-events.ts
- Add featured_item to OpenAPI spec (Event, NewEvent, EventUpdate,
  EventAdminUpdate schemas)
- Add featured_item column to database-schemas.md
- Add featured_item to test mock fixture
