Update dependency rdf-object to v3

The Resource types of rdf-object are only compatible with Components.js
if both use the same rdf-object version, so componentsjs is bumped to
^6.4.0, which is the first version depending on rdf-object v3.

This pulls in Comunica v4 via rdf-parse, of which the type definitions
refer to lru-cache v10, which is incompatible with the iterator types of
recent TypeScript versions. As this is a type-only import in a
types-only package, the lru-cache version of @comunica/types is
resolved to v11, which is used throughout the rest of the tree anyway.
