Enforce whitespace in generated spec tests

Replace permissive whitespace regexes with framed exact output so PHPT cannot trim meaningful boundary whitespace. Document libmustache standalone behavior while keeping the current spec inventory; PHPT CRLF normalization remains unchanged.
