Fix gh-pages deploy: grant `contents: write` to the `docs` job (#912)

PR #908 added a workflow-level `permissions: contents: read` to ci.yml.
The `docs` job did not override it, so `peaceiris/actions-gh-pages` got a
read-only GITHUB_TOKEN and every master push failed its deploy step with:

  remote: Permission to evolution-gaming/kafka-flow.git denied to github-actions[bot].
  fatal: ... The requested URL returned error: 403
