* fix: ignore AWS WAF and captcha widgets on served pages

x-amzn-requestid, awswaf.com SDK URLs, and hCaptcha/Arkose
embeds fire on every 200 they front. That sent real pages
up the scrape.do ladder.

* fix: do not treat AWS WAF SDK challenge.js as a block

AWS documents loading {integration URL}/challenge.js on
normal checkout and login pages. Real interstitials already
match x-amzn-waf-action or gokuProps.
