feat: preserve serializable httpx response extensions (#482)

* Preserve serializable httpx response extensions in cache metadata

http_version and reason_phrase were dropped when converting to the
internal Response, so cached replies always looked like HTTP/1.1.
Store a whitelist under metadata["httpx"] and restore it on the way out.

* Format filter_out_hishel_metadata for ruff
