只留 --ignore-warnings 一种写法

同一个开关两个拼法，换来的是「到底哪个才对」，不是少打一次字。
整个项目的命令行都用连字符（--shelf-history、--no-shelf-history、
--sample=、--target=、--visibility=），跟着来就行。

--ignore_warning 现在会被未知开关那道检查挡下，报出能用的那个，
而不是静默忽略——负向语义的开关拼错了被吞掉，等于拿到相反的结果。
