Increase overall test coverage to 96.4% and fix Listen stream deadlock

- Replace json.Decoder with bufio.Scanner in Listen() to prevent infinite
  decode loops and hanging channel receivers when encountering malformed JSON lines.
- Add tests for edge cases across rislive: HTTP client connection failures,
  malformed JSON streams, integer AS-paths, filter caching, and main() execution.
- Add tests for edge cases across trie: nil receiver methods, right-child branch pruning,
  unpopulated address family queries, InsertCIDRWithData, and invalid IP/mask canonicalization.
