Add integration test that verifies the real Strava API endpoint

Adds a live (non-VCR) integration test that requests the configured
Strava API base URL and verifies it responds with a 401 Authorization
Error, catching regressions where the endpoint no longer points at a
real Strava API host. Runs via a new `rake spec:integration` task,
excluded from the default `rake spec` task, and wired into CI as a
separate job on every push and pull request.
