Fix large std::string binding sizes (#563)

Use `sqlite3_bind_text64()` for copying and no-copying `std::string`
bindings so their byte counts are not narrowed to `int`. Correct the
embedded-NUL tests to verify complete values and byte counts.

Validated with the full MSVC x64 and Win32 test suites. Addresses the
string-size bug reported in #544.
