* Update request button component spec to check for flip flop on and off

* when deduplication is on
scsb url should not have the mfhd

* In app/components/request_button_component.rb following the
new structure of the holdings_1display field
we pass @holding_id to get the source id.
When it is a scsb location we need to make sure the mfhd is nil
with the deduplication feature on or off.
