feat: expose the supported-version range and pin the policy in a test (#79)

This crate already gated on both ends of its supported range — D-10's
toolchain: ["1.88", stable] — which is why it was the model the other ten AXIAM
SDKs were brought in line with. Nothing here needed fixing. What was missing is
the readable surface those SDKs now expose, and anything holding this one in
the shape everything else copies.

- Add axiam_sdk::supported_versions (MIN_RUST_VERSION, EDITION, NEWEST_TESTED).
- Add tests/version_policy.rs, binding rust-version, edition, the CI matrix and
  the three constants.
- Add examples/version_compatibility, declared with no required-features so it
builds in the same minimal configuration a consumer might use.
- Document the range in the README, including why the floor needs no preflight
at all — rust-version is a hard constraint Cargo checks during resolution, so
an older toolchain gets a message naming this crate rather than a compile
error deep in someone else's source — and why the upper end cannot be
enforced by anything, there being no "maximum Rust" to declare.

Two of the test's assertions do more than check parity:

- The upper leg must stay `stable`, not a pinned version. Pinning would freeze
the newest end at whatever was current the day someone wrote it and quietly
stop testing anything after that, while still looking like a two-legged
  matrix.
- The MSRV must be high enough for the declared edition (2024 needs 1.85+).
Those two are set independently in the same file, and lowering one without
the other yields a manifest promising a toolchain the edition cannot compile.

Nothing in the build or the CI matrix changes.

Local run: cargo test --all-features green across all 56 test binaries, 0
failures. cargo fmt --all --check clean, cargo clippy --all-targets
--all-features -D warnings clean, cargo doc --no-deps --all-features clean.
Mutation-checked: raising rust-version without the matrix fails 3 t... (continued)
