Remove the two list parsers nothing calls any more

The custom mewx_articlelist JSON parser lost its caller in bc595b4 and
Wenku8Parser.parseNovelItemList lost its last one in c347711, when the
ranking lists moved to novellist. Both have been dead since.

parseNovelItemList takes its two private helpers with it,
parseNovelItemListAsXml and indexOfDocumentStart, along with the
LightTool import that only they used, and the twelve tests covering it.

Worth knowing if an id-only list parser is ever needed again: the
deleted code carried two hardenings NovelListWithInfoParser has no
equivalent of -- a retry from the document start when a response is
well-formed only after leading noise, and keeping the items ahead of the
cut when a response is truncated mid-list. Both are in this file's
history rather than gone.
