* feat(postgrest): add typed writes gated on the writable refinement

insert/upsert/update/delete live on a constrained extension, so writing to
a read-only view is a compile error rather than a runtime 405.

* chore(compliance): register the typed writes

Each typed write is another entry point for a capability the string API
already implements, so it joins that feature's existing symbol list.
